G.Moore & Co was established in 1967 by Geoff Moore. Originally based on Main Street in Haworth, Geoff worked alongside his wife Madge, and son Jason, offering personal, friendly advice for the local community's insurance requirements.
Since 1967 Geoff and family built up the reputation of the business whilst maintaining the excellent levels of service offered since day one.
In September 1999, G.Moore & Co took the decision to relocate to the next-door village of Cross Roads, this move enabled us to have much improved parking facilities. The move also paved the way for the introduction of Ian Thornber who joined the company as a partner.
As Geoff began to take a back seat in the day-to-day running of the business G.Moore & Co took the decision to employ Scott Wilkins.
It was with great sadness that Geoff passed away on 26th December 2003, Geoff built up a thriving business over 37 very successful years.
G.Moore & Co continue to carry on Geoff's legacy and plan to continue the family business long into the future.
G.Moore & Co are still going strong and are still committed to finding clients the most suitable insurance policies at the most competitive rates available.
